I quit my job after 19 years with the same company to pursue my purpose. Today, I am excited to review this journey with you. As I look back, there is so much to reflect upon and so many lessons learned.

Many of you know my quote that says, "I took the long road, but I will still arrive on time, and so will you." This quote embodies my journey. I spent a lot of years living in my head to the point I would prevent my growth. I was afraid of making mistakes, and despite my success, I lacked self-confidence.
