Juanita Kapp - I host a podcast named Meticulous Moments. The podcast aims to facilitate Community Upliftment through Leadership Development.

Story Overview:

I have been in the full-time ministry for 15 years. I always thought that I was doing the right thing the right way by giving extensively of myself, my time, my expertise, and my resources. In the process I forgot about "me&quot, and often found myself burned out and demoralized. It took the shock of Covid-19 coupled with the shock of the death of my mother (she died from stage 4 brain cancer) to bring me to the realization that I was on a path of destruction instead of a path of peace and healing. I have since had a major shift from a ministry mindset to a marketplace mindset. I am now able to pitch up better for others and can assist them from a place of emotional and mental fullness instead of a place of stress and worry.
